Use Your Imagination:

Because I ate it too fast to get a picture of it.

Today's brunch:

Udi's Whole Grain bread, toasted
Schmear of herbed goat cheese
Smoked trout, from the tin, from Trader Joe's
Fried egg

A savory, Scandinavian-inspired breakfast. If I were really going for it, I'd have had a small mixed green salad with dijon vinaigrette too, but I wasn't really going for it. I was hungry.
