Times like these it is important to remember that a delicious, nutritious and sweet breakfast can be prepared from pantry items! Either quinoa (as described in the New York Times) or
-brown or white rice, or in my case, semi-instant jasmine rice from the Thai grocery store
-cook the rice and then add (and heat)
-soy milk (nutty and sweeter than regular milk, better for sinus congestion!)
-maple syrup, walnuts, chopped apples, cinnamon, cardamom, and a tiny dash vanilla extract
Eat it straight from the pot if you're really sneezing a lot.
