They MELT cheese on the tortilla. Due to the heating process, the tortilla is CHEWY. The hot sauce is HOT. The staff is FRIENDLY. The entire meal was SEVEN DOLLARS and the cutlery is BIODEGRADABLE. I'm sorry, do I need to say anything else? Dos Toros, on 137 4th Avenue just east of Union Square. Additionally, the people-watching is above average. That's saying a lot, in New York City.
