Breakfast obsession continued. A girl can only eat so many eggs, especially when girl is a waitress at a popular brunch restaurant. Employees of aforementioned establishment have taken to storing a box or two of cereal by the to-go containers, for a quick, easy, and egg-free breakfast option.

It has a nice thin consistency (don't add too much water!) which I prefer, for some reason. I'm sure that's because it's not JUST oats: it also has buckwheat, sorghum, brown rice, puffed amaranth, quinoa, millet, flax and chia—whole grain, low on the glycemic index, and full of Omega-3s, whatever those are!

There are quite a few gluten-free hot breakfast cereals on the market. I am partial to convenience, second only to deliciousness. This Eco-Planet business requires only hot water and stirring. I like that.

Serve with sliced bananas, walnuts, and a little extra dash of maple syrup—because it's NOT too sweet. Thank you.
