Zeppelin Hall, Dirty Jerz

A friend had her birthday party where a birthday party should always be: within walking distance of the birthday girl's house. This meant that the guests had to trek to Jersey City, which always sounds worse than it is. Truth: it is incredibly FAST, CHEAP, and EASY to get there, and the weekend PATH train rider is a friendly sort of folk.

Also, the biergarten served Redbridge.

Life lesson: DEMAND EXCELLENCE! Scoffing at the diminutive bottle of beer, the birthday girl commanded: pour two of those into the giant glass, OK? And so, we sat outside, and I clanked glasses like a person with a normal digestive tract. IT WAS THE BEST.

Thanks, Zeppelin Hall!

  1. Always demand excellence! Nothing better than gluten-free beer in a humpen! :-)
