Black 'n' White Cookies

Remember how I always post about Risotteria? Here I go again! TREATS!

I haven't had a real black and white cookie since probably... early childhood. We used to come down to the city to stay with my uncle in Queens - at breakfast time we'd go downstairs to the little Italian bakery and get biscotti and hard rolls and meringues, which were my favorite. I psychically predicted my flourless future!

These versions, besides being (gluten free, OBVI) are HUGE and very sweet. The consistency of the cookie was nice; spongy and fluffy, but the chocolate frosting was a BIT much. Also of course I ate the entire thing and then felt disgusting, because, referencing img. 1 you will see that it has the diameter of a normal fountain pen, and img. 2, the girth of a hamburger. It is a lot to handle. Get one and split it with a friend, is my advice. Or go for the cupcakes (at Risotteria) - they are amazing and the frosting tastes like marshmallow.
